I can tell already that this world-wide adventure is going to be VASTLY different from my travels in Italy. My first real indication of such was the fact that I was bringing a smart phone capable of texting and video over any wifi. And the second indication was just how long the flight is taking. I'm currently chilling in Seoul South Korea, on yet another layover before we hit China this afternoon. It is 6am here, which means 5am in China, but 3pm on Wednesday in Utah... My internal clock definitely hasn't caught up with my body yet so I don't know what's up or down, when I should be tired or hungry. We just ARE in the airport.
